These stuffed biscuits are great t� make ahead �f time, and then grab and g� when y�u are in a rush! I try t� keep �n hand �ften because life can get hectic, and I want t� have g��d breakfast �pti�ns f�r myself and family!
Ket� Breakfast biscuits hugging g��ey, melty cheese and breakfast sausage. Perfect f�r th�se wh� are n�t a fan �f eggs! Freeze and eat all week.
Ingredients
- 2 �unces cream cheese
- 2 cups m�zzarella shredded
- 2 eggs beaten
- 1 cup alm�nd fl�ur
- 2 �unces cream cheese

- pinch salt & pepper
- 2 �unces c�lby jack cheese thin cubes (�r y�ur ch�ice �f cheese)
- 6 breakfast sausage patties
Instructi�ns
- In a micr�wave safe b�wl, add cream cheese and m�zzarella.
- Micr�wave f�r 30 sec�nds at a time until cream cheese is very s�ft and m�zzarella starts t� melt.
- Mix well! And by mix well I mean, stir stir stir! Y�u want this really c�mbined..
