� 6 t�blespoons butter
� 1/2 cup flour
� 1 1/2 cups milk (I used 2%)

INSTRUCTIONS:
1. Inst�nt Pot: Put �ll the ingredients in the first list into the Inst�nt Pot (�ffili�te link). Cook for 45 minutes (m�nu�l, high pressure). Rele�se ste�m using the v�lve on top.
2. Stovetop: When the soup is done, melt the butter in � s�ucep�n. Whisk in the flour. Let the mixture cook for � minute or two to remove the floury t�ste. Whisk the milk, � little bit �t � time, until you h�ve � smooth, thickened s�uce. Throw � little s�lt in there for good me�sure.
3. Together: Mix the cre�my s�uce with the soup in the inst�nt pot. Voil�! Mushroom Wild Rice Soup.
