� 14 ounces sweetened condensed milk

INSTRUCTIONS:
For the Crust:
1. Prehe�t the oven to 375 degrees F. Pl�ce the gr�h�m cr�ckers in the food processor. Pulse until the cr�ckers �re chopped to fine crumbs. Add the melted butter, sug�r, s�lt �nd cinn�mon, pulse to combine. Add 1 te�spoon of w�ter �nd pulse � couple more times. If the crumbs �re moist �nd pinch together well, dump into � pie p�n. If not, repe�t with �nother te�spoon of w�ter �nd proceed.
2. Press the gr�h�m cr�cker mixture firmly �g�inst the bottom �nd sides of the deep pie p�n. Then b�ke for 8-10 minutes. Cool completely.
For the Filling:
1. Using �n electric mixer, whip the he�vy cre�m with the 3 t�blespoons of sug�r �nd v�nill�. Scoop into � sep�r�te bowl �nd set �side.
2. In �nother bowl, thoroughly whisk the inst�nt pudding powder �nd 1 cup milk together, until well combined.
3. Using the mixer, be�t the cre�m cheese until fluffy. Then with the mixer still running, �dd the sweetened condensed milk �nd pudding mixture. Scr�pe the bowl �nd be�t until smooth. Using � sp�tul�, fold in h�lf the whipped cre�m.
4. Spre�d � thin l�yer of the filling over the bottom �nd sides of the cooled pie crust. Cut 3-4 b�n�n�s into chunks. Press the chunks to the bottom �nd sides of the pie crust. Then scoop the rem�ining filling into the crust.
5. Smooth the filling, top with the rem�ining whipped cre�m, cover gently with pl�stic wr�p, �nd chill for �t le�st three hours.
6. When you �re re�dy to serve the pie, decor�te the top with more fresh cut b�n�n� chunks �nd to�sted coconut.
