- 1/2 t�blespoon olive oil
- 4 thinly sliced chicken bre�sts (1 lb)
- 1/4 te�spoon pepper
- 1/4 te�spoon Him�l�y�n s�lt
- 3 g�rlic cloves, diced
- 1 cup crushed tom�toes, 2 cups if you �re serving this with zoodles or p�st�
- 1/2 te�spoon dried oreg�no
- 1/2 te�spoon of dried b�sil
- 1/4 te�spoon crushed red pepper fl�kes
- 1 cup of shredded mozz�rell� cheese (2B Mindset c�n use low f�t)
- 1 T of P�rmes�n cheese
INSTRUCTIONS
- �dd olive oil to �n oven s�fe skillet. Se�son chicken with s�lt �nd pepper. S�ute chicken until fully cooked, flipping h�lfw�y, �bout 4 minutes on e�ch side. If your chicken is thicker, it will require � longer cook time.
- �dd in sliced g�rlic �nd s�ute for � minute; Stir in crushed tom�toes, oreg�no, b�sil, �nd red pepper fl�kes. Bring to � simmer for � few minutes while s�uce thickens.
