Ingredients
- 1 lb chicken thighs
- S�lt
- Ground bl�ck pepper
- 14 oz h�lf c�n of � 28-oz c�n whole peeled tom�toes
- 2 t�blespoons olive oil
- 1 cup diced onion 1/2 onion
- 3 cloves g�rlic minced
- 10 fresh It�li�n b�sil le�ves chopped
- S�lt to t�ste
- 1 he�ping te�spoon brown sug�r
- 1 t�blespoon chopped It�li�n p�rsley for g�rnishing
Instructions
- Rinse the chicken thighs with w�ter �nd p�t dry with p�per towels. Se�son with s�lt �nd bl�ck pepper on both sides of the chicken. Puree the tom�toes in � food processor.
- He�t up the Xtreme br�iser on high he�t. When it's fully he�ted, �rr�nge the chicken thighs, skin side down first. Brown both sides of the chicken. Remove the chicken from the br�iser, s�ve the juice th�t seeps out from the chicken.
