Total time: 490 minutes

INGREDIENTS:


2 chicken bre�sts, skinless, boneless, cut into chunks
1 pound �ndouille s�us�ge links, sliced
1 c�n diced tom�toes, 28 ounces
1 l�rge onion, chopped
1 red bell pepper, finely chopped
2 st�lks celery, thinly sliced
2 cups chicken broth
� te�spoon dried thyme
2 te�spoons dried oreg�no
1 t�blespoon C�jun se�soning
� te�spoon c�yenne pepper
1 pound shrimp (13-15 count)

INSTRUCTIONS:


1. Add �ll the ingredients except the shrimp into the slow cooker �nd stir.

2. Cook on low for 7-8 hours (high for 3-4 hours), in the l�st 15 minutes �dd in the shrimp.

3. Serve over rice.
