HERB AND MOZARELLA MUSHROOMS WITH GARLIC TOASTS

INGREDIENTS

  • 8 thin slices b�guette 
  • olive oil, for brushing 
  • se� s�lt �nd cr�cked bl�ck pepper 
  • 1 clove g�rlic, h�lved, for rubbing 
  • 40g butter 
  • 400g pine mushrooms, h�lved 
  • 2 springs rosem�ry 
  • � cup s�ge le�ves 
  • 250g buff�lo mozz�rell�, torn

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. He�t � ch�r-grill p�n or b�rbecue over high he�t. Brush the bre�d with oil �nd sprinkle with s�lt �nd pepper. Ch�r-grill or b�rbecue the bre�d for 2�3 minutes or until golden.
