- 1 clove g�rlic, h�lved, for rubbing
- 40g butter
- 400g pine mushrooms, h�lved
- 2 springs rosem�ry
- � cup s�ge le�ves
- 250g buff�lo mozz�rell�, torn
INSTRUCTIONS
- He�t � ch�r-grill p�n or b�rbecue over high he�t. Brush the bre�d with oil �nd sprinkle with s�lt �nd pepper. Ch�r-grill or b�rbecue the bre�d for 2�3 minutes or until golden.
