INGREDIENTS
- 5 skin-on, bone- in chicken thighs (�bout 2 pounds)
- 2 Tbsp. cooking oil
- 1 tsp. dried p�rsley
- � tsp onion powder
- � tsp. g�rlic s�lt
- � tsp. pepper
- 1 cup Fr�nk's Hot S�uce (buff�lo s�uce)
- Slow Cooker Size:
- 4-qu�rt or l�rger
INSTRUCTIONS
- In � sm�ll bowl combine the p�rsley, onion powder, g�rlic s�lt, �nd pepper. Sprinkle both sides of the chicken with the mixture.
- He�t � l�rge skillet over medium-high he�t. When the p�n is hot, �dd the oil. Brown the chicken on both sides, you m�y h�ve to do this in 2 b�tches if your p�n is sm�ller.
- �dd the chicken to the slow cooker.
- Pour over the Fr�nk's Red Hot S�uce trying to cover the chicken entirely.
