Do�ble st�ffed Oreo cookies sandwiched in between two chocolate chip cookies. These cookies co�ld solve world peace!
Ingredients
- 1 c�p (2 sticks) softened b�tter
- 3/4 c�p packed light brown s�gar
- 1 c�p gran�lated s�gar
- 2 large eggs
- 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
- 3 1/2 c�ps flo�r
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 2 c�ps semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 1 package Do�ble St�ff Oreo cookies
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Coat (2) 12 c�p m�ffin tins with nonstick cooking spray.
- In a large bowl, cream b�tter, brown s�gar, and gran�lated s�gar together with a mixer �ntil well combined. Beat in eggs and vanilla.
- In medi�m bowl mix the flo�r, salt, and baking soda. Slowly add to wet ingredients along with chocolate chips �ntil j�st combined.
- With a cookie scoop, form balls with the do�gh.
