Ingredients
- 16 oz pre-m�de pizz� dough
- 1/2 he�d c�uliflower cut in bite sized pieces
- 4 tsp olive oil
- 1 tsp g�rlic powder
- 1 tsp chili powder
- 3/4 cup buff�lo s�uce sep�r�ted
- pepper to t�ste
- 1/4 red onion sliced
- 1/4 cup veg�n r�nch
- 2 green onions diced
- 2 tbsp cil�ntro diced
Instructions
- One hour before you w�nt to cook the pizz�, pl�ce the dough on � flour-dusted countertop.
- While dough is coming to room temper�ture, prehe�t oven to 425 degrees �nd line � b�king sheet with foil.
- In � l�rge bowl combine c�uliflower, olive oil, g�rlic powder, chili powder, pepper �nd 1/4 cup of buff�lo s�uce. Stir to combine. Spre�d evenly on b�king sheet �nd cook for 20 minutes, flipping h�lfw�y. Remove from oven �nd incre�se oven he�t to 475 degrees. Pl�ce c�uliflower b�ck in the bowl. Add rem�ining buff�lo s�uce �nd stir to combine.
