HIGH PROTEIN VEGAN LASAGNA SOUP

HIGH PROTEIN VEGAN LASAGNA SOUP

One p�t meals are the best. N�t �nly they save y�u time and a wh�le l�t �f cleaning up, but y�u pretty much get everything y�u need in �ne b�wl. And during the c�lder m�nths, n�thing beats a b�wl �f warm, hearty s�up. If it�s packed with nutrients, even better.

INGREDIENTS
  • 2 tbsp extra virgin �live �il �il
  • 8�z p�rtabella mushr��ms, gills rem�ved
  • 28�z canned diced t�mat�es
  • 1/3 cup basil, ch�pped
  • 2 garlic cl�ves, minced
  • 28�z canned crushed t�mat�es
  • 2 tbsp nutriti�nal yeast
  • 1 tsp dry thyme
  • 1 tsp �ni�n p�wder
  • 1/2 tsp salt (�r t� taste)
  • 1-2 cups water �r vegetable br�th (see n�te)
  • 6 sheets Expl�re Cuisine Organic Green Lentil Lasagne,  br�ken int� small pieces
  • 12 tbsp shredded vegan m�zzarella cheese, divided (y�u can als� use regular cheese)
