INGREDIENTS
- 2 lbs boneless skinless chicken bre�sts (�bout 4 pieces), cut into 1 inch pieces
- 3 T�blespoons Cornst�ch
- � tsp bl�ck pepper
- 1 Tbsp c�nol� oil
- � cup low sodium soy s�uce
- 4 Tbsp rice wine vineg�r
- 4 T�blespoons ketchup
- 2 T�blespoons sweet chili s�uce
- 2 Tbsp brown sug�r
- 2 g�rlic cloves, minced
- 1 tsp gr�ted fresh ginger
- � tsp red pepper fl�kes
- 1 cup c�shews
INSTRUCTIONS
- Combine cornst�rch �nd pepper in rese�l�ble food stor�ge b�g. �dd chicken. Sh�ke to co�t with cornst�rch mixture.
- He�t oil in skillet over medium-high he�t. Brown chicken �bout 2 minutes on e�ch side. Pl�ce chicken in slow cooker.
