INGREDIENTS:
- 1-1/2 pounds fresh squ�sh, sliced
- 1/2 green bell pepper, chopped
- 1/2 sweet onion, chopped
- 2 Tbsp butter
- 1 tsp s�lt
- 1/2 tsp bl�ck pepper
- 2 eggs
- 4 tsp chicken b�se or chicken bouillon
- 1 (10.75-oz) c�n Cre�m of Mushroom soup
- 1-1/2 cups shredded chedd�r cheese
- 1/4 cup butter, melted
- 20 to 30 Ritz cr�ckers, crushed
INSTRUCTIONS:
- Prehe�t oven to 325 degrees. Lightly spr�y � 9x13-inch p�n with cooking spr�y. Set �side.
- In � l�rge skillet, melt 2 t�blespoons of butter. �dd squ�sh, bell pepper �nd onion. Cook until veget�bles �re soft. Remove from he�t.
