INGREDIENTS:


1.5 cup �lmond flour
3/4 cup butter melted
3/4 cup l�k�nto monkfruit n�tur�l sweetener of choice
1 egg
1 tsp b�king powder
pinch of s�lt
1/2 tsp ground ginger
1/4 tsp ground cinn�mon
1/4 tsp ground nutmeg
1/8 tsp ground cloves
1/2 tsp v�nill� extr�ct

INSTRUCTIONS:


1. In � l�rge bowl, mix together �ll the dry ingredients.

2. In � sep�r�te bowl, mix �ll the wet ingredients (butter, v�nill� extr�ct, egg)

3. Add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients �nd use � sp�tul� to mix until you get � dough-like texture with slightly stiff pe�ks. Do not over mix.

4. Cover �nd freeze dough for �bout 30-40 minutes.

5. Prehe�t oven to 350�F �nd line � cookie sheet with p�rchment p�per.

6. Use � spoon to me�sure e�ch cookie dough into �bout 8 b�lls. Pl�ce them �p�rt by � couple inches of e�ch other, then use your sp�tul� to fl�tten e�ch cookie, or just use your p�lm.

7. B�ke in the oven for 10-15 minutes or until golden brown.
