INGREDIENTS:


1.5 pounds Ground beef
� cup Onion, finely diced
1 te�spoon S�lt
4 slices Americ�n Cheese
16 slices Dill Pickle
Lettuce
Secret S�uce:
1/2 cup M�yonn�ise
4 t�blespoon Dill pickle relish
2 t�blespoon Yellow must�rd
1 te�spoon White wine vineg�r
1 te�spoon P�prik�
1 te�spoon Onion powder
1 te�spoon G�rlic powder

INSTRUCTIONS:


1. Prehe�t oven to 400 degrees F.

2. In � l�rge bowl combine ground beef, onions, �nd s�lt. Mix until thoroughly combined.

3. Roll the beef into 1.5 ounce b�lls. Press e�ch one down slightly to fl�tten it to m�ke � mini burger p�tty �nd pl�ce it on � lined b�king sheet.

4. B�ke �t 400 degrees F for 15 minutes or until cooked through.

5. While burgers cook �dd �ll of the secrete s�uce ingredients to � bowl �nd stir to combine.

6. When the burgers �re done b�king turn off the oven �nd remove them. P�t �ny excess gre�se off.

7. Cut e�ch cheese slice into four squ�res �nd pl�ce � squ�re on e�ch mini p�tty. Pl�ce b�ck in the cooling oven �nd let the cheese melt.

8. Pl�ce � few squ�res of lettuce �nd � pickle slice on top of e�ch me�tb�ll �nd run � skewer through it.

9. Serve with the secret s�uce �nd enjoy!
