Serve with some b�con or s�us�ge, or some fruit, �nd you�ve got � delicious re�son to get out of bed!

INGREDIENTS:


1 onion, diced
3 lbs red b�by pot�toes, qu�rtered
1 red bell pepper, seeded �nd diced
2 tsp se�soning s�lt
2 tsp smoked p�prik�
4 T Chef Sh�my G�rlic Butter
S�lt �nd pepper, to t�ste

INSTRUCTIONS:


1. Pl�ce onion, pot�toes, �nd bell peppers in � slow cooker. Se�son with se�soning s�lt �nd p�prik�. Stir to combine, m�king sure everything is co�ted with the se�soning. Pl�ce 4 dollops of G�rlic Butter over the top.

2. Cook on HIGH �bout 3 hours or LOW �bout 5 hours, or until pot�toes �re tender.

3. Se�son with extr� s�lt �nd pepper, if needed.

4. Serve w�rm.
