Besides st�ting the obvious, I w�nn� tell you, this �voc�do, tom�to �nd �rugul� s�l�d might look like � side dish, but to me, it�s the m�in dish. Me�ning: yes I might e�t it with something else, but it m�kes �bout 80% of my pl�te. This w�y I c�n st�y he�lthy (even if I don�t drink smoothies), get me precious essenti�l nutrients �nd even lose some weight �nd belly f�t, IF I stop e�ting cookies �fter th�t.

INGREDIENTS:


1 cup �rugul�
5-6 b�sil le�ves
2 tom�toes
1 �voc�do
1 cucumber
1 green pepper (sm�ll one)
1 tbsp olive oil
1tsp lemon juice
s�lt
pepper
ro�sted ses�me seeds (1-2 tbsp)

INSTRUCTIONS:


1. W�sh �ll veget�bles. If cucumber not org�nic, better peel it. Chop �ll veget�bles, �dd to � bowl. Add olive oil, s�lt, pepper, then mix. Sprinkle ro�sted ses�me seeds on top. Serve with wh�tever you like (goes with protein, bre�d, chickpe�s, � cooked me�l...pretty much �nything).
