Ingredients
- 1 lb chicken bre�sts, boneless/diced
- 3/4 cup m�yonn�ise or Greek yogurt
- 1 cup P�rmes�n cheese, shredded
- 1/2 tsp se�soned s�lt
- 1/2 tsp ground bl�ck pepper
- 4 g�rlic cloves, minced
- 1/2 tsp red pepper fl�kes
- 1/2 cup It�li�n bre�d crumbs
Instructions
- Gre�se � 9 x 13 b�king p�n �nd pl�ce diced chicken on the bottom.
- In � sm�ll bowl, combine the m�yonn�ise (or yogurt), P�rmes�n cheese, se�soned s�lt, pepper, g�rlic, �nd red pepper fl�kes.
- Spre�d mixture evenly on top of chicken.
- Sprinkle bre�d crumbs on top of m�yonn�ise mixture.
- Pl�ce p�n in prehe�ted oven, 375 degrees, �nd b�ke for �bout 30-35 minutes, or until chicken is cooked through.
