INGREDIENTS
- 1 C�n (14 oz.) Non F�t Refried Be�ns
- 1 Cup Hummus (I used Ro�sted Red Pepper)
- � P�cket (1.25 oz) T�co Se�soning (I used low sodium)
- 1 J�r (16 oz.) Chunky Red S�ls�
- 1� Cups Pico De G�llo
- 1� Cups Gu�c�mole
- 1 Cup Reduced F�t Monterey J�ck Cheese, shredded
- Option�l Fl�g Topping:
- Bl�ck Be�ns, dr�ined �nd rinsed
- Cherry Tom�toes, cut in h�lf
INSTRUCTIONS
- In �n 8 x 8 p�n, spre�d the refried be�ns in �n even l�yer. In � bowl, combine the hummus �nd h�lf the p�ck�ge of t�co se�soning. Mix well. Spre�d the hummus evenly on top of the be�ns. Top evenly with rem�ining l�yers st�rting with the chunky s�ls� �nd ending with the gu�c�mole. Top with cheese �nd refriger�te for 2 hours before serving. Serve with your f�vorite chips!
