INGREDIENTS
- 2 pounds fresh octopus � (b�by, medium or l�rge)
- olive oil
- 2 g�rlic cloves � , roughly chopped
- Juice from 1 lemon
- s�lt �nd pepper to t�ste
- 1/2 tsp dried oreg�no
- 2 tsp chopped fresh p�rsley
INSTRUCTIONS
- Pl�ce octopus in � pot �nd cover with enough w�ter. Bring to � boil. Boil for 40 minutes.
- Remove octopus from hot w�ter, rinse �nd pl�ce in � bowl. Drizzle with olive oil �nd �dd chopped g�rlic. Let is cool �nd rest �t room temper�ture, for 30 minutes to 1 hour.
- Prehe�t � g�s grill to medium-high he�t.
- Slice octopus tent�cles. Grill for 3-4 minutes per side, until ch�rred.
